- My husband and I own and operate a custom picture framing store in Matthews Festival. In the last year, we have met many local artists and we now have on display over 15 local artists and photographers in our store. We are happy to provide this outlet for local artists. We are happy to use our store to promote local artists in any way and would be glad for any help in the displaying of these items to be more effective for them.
