A day in the life of a cake baker/designer/artist!

I don't really know why I am starting this blog, other than to have a place I can come to at the end of the day or week and put it all into words. I guess I am doing this for me - no one else. There are days I think I must have been crazy to have left a very secure job with fifteen years invested and decide to open my own cake shop at the age of 55.
