For weeks, I was beseiged with prerecorded phone calls ("Hello, this is Chelsea...") telling me who to vote for in the primary. Can someone please tell me if this is legal and if so, how to stop it? I don't want a repeat during the presidential campaign this fall. Thanks!

It is completely legal and unfortunately merely having your name on the "national no call list" will not prevent you from getting this kind of solicitation. Caller ID rules I suggest everyone have it.
