Saying Good-bye to Matthews

It has been a great 2 years in my current Matthews location for my bakery business, but it is time to expand my horizons and move if I am going to grow! My little studio has proved to be a plus as far as exposure to the public, but I am bursting at the seams as far as space goes and the parking situation leaves a "little bit to be desired" as far as availability and ease of access to my bakery. I love Matthews and I also hate that I did not have the time to become more involved in events, etc. during my time here, but business as well as family demands just did not permit that.
I do hope my Matthews customers will continue to patronize Cakes by Victoria once we get into our new location in THE MONROE ROAD BUSINESS PARK located on Monroe Road between Sharon Amity and Wendover/Eastway Roads, just before you get to Morris Costumes, on the left as you go toward uptown Charlotte.
Our goal is to be moved in by July 7th, 2009.
I hope to do a GRAND OPENING in early August and you will ALL be invited!

Congratulations on your new location! I know what it feels like to be busting at the seams. We recently expanded at the academy and added an additional 1200 sq ft. It's so worth it! Best of luck on Monroe Road. I think it's a great location!
