Postural imbalances, repetitive stress injuries, accidents, improper body mechanics, lack of exercise, sitting at computers, stress, tension, anxiety and many other things contribute to a body that becomes overworked and overloaded. In our society today we spend so much time doing for and taking care of others that we often neglect our own health, happiness and well being. “Taking time for a massage gives us a chance to slow down, unwind, relax and give the attention needed to loosen those tense, tight, aching muscles, let go of stress and renew our energy”.

Therapeutic massage helps release the blockages and congestion in the body allowing the physical and energetic systems to flush out, transform and revitalize. Massage has evolved from a combination of Eastern and Western traditions and consists of manual manipulation of the body’s soft tissue and muscular structure and can be beneficial as a treatment for numerous conditions. Benefits include increased circulation and lymph flow, elimination of waste and toxins, increased energy and release of endorphins (the body’s) natural painkiller.
Frank offer several different types of massage therapy including: Deep Tissue, Hot Stone Therapy, Swedish, Reflexology, Pregnancy Massage, Hawaiian Lomilomi, and Neuromuscular Therapy.
