I'm truly amazed at the large of adults who enjoy the Wii game console too. I'm played it with my son and it was a fun video game experience. I'm not too sure I'd buy one for me. I'm still working out the bugs with my home computer.

Finally Fast.com uhhh buyer beware - Ascentive LLC

Yes, it does sound like it will save you time, renew your computer, and most importantly, save you money. What? Your computer is slow? Why?

Why is my computer running so slowly? When I bought it, it was so fast…but now I can barely get my internet up. Does this sound familiar? Computers sure can help us simplify our lives but when they stop working the way they used to, it can be frustrating. So what are the reasons a computer slows down?

1-Clicking yes on everything - Downloading tool bars – Just because it comes to you for free and promises to help you, doesn’t mean it a… Continue

My Parents Got a Wii

Yes, my parents got a wii. They got it about 8 months ago. Not that my parents are OLD...but I still did not have one. I felt shamed and left behind...at 40, I grew up with Pong, Atari, Nintendo. I was the first to play Pac-man and was always at the now defunked "game room" at the mall. How did this happen?

Ok, so age doesn't make a difference anymore. With the development of technology spinning and developing every day, how do seniors keep up?

A collegue of mine (Thanks Marlene!) Showed me a… Continue

Does customer service still exist for computer support?

OK, I need to vent. Yes, I am in computer repair and I help many people with different issues. Occasionally I will call major companies (Dell, Sprint, Microsoft...etc) for the benefit of my customers. You would think since I can speak the techy language it would be easier for me....NOT! You would think if I tell the person on the other end of the phone all the things I did to diagnose the issue, it would make their life easier....NOT!

What does a person do when you call for a warranty issue? Ho… Continue
