- I live in the "Heathers" neighborhood, as you do too. Strtahaven Drive, to be exact. W have a family that rents the house next to me and the situation is horrific. There are at least 11 poeple living in the home. The dog is tied toa tree 24 hrs a day and barks incessently, there is drug activity on a daily basis and cars come and go day and night, speeding up and down our street. Matthews Police have been called numerous times, code enforcement and animal control have been out several times. Something needs to be done about this problem. Letters have also been sent to the Landlord, with no results. Please let me know if you have suggestions....
