Wildlife in Matthews
Where else do you have an opportunity to see an expert naturalist capture and band hummingbirds, help establish a monarch waystation AND participate in both of these events in a local park that is a certified wildlife habitat????? Matthews! Squirrel Lake Wildlife Habitat! Join HAWK on Saturday, August 22nd from 8:30-12:30 for A Morning with Hummingbirds and Saturday, September 12th for Monarch Mania from 9-noon.

Getting close to the deadline for ordering rain barrels as part of Earth Day in Matthews, scheduled for Saturday, April 25th from 10-1 in Stumptown Park
