Hi Ms. Everitt,
I am not sure if you will remember me. I took your creative writing class the year that Butler opened. I was a freshman. I continued to take your class until I left Butler as a junior to move to Massachusettes. I just wanted to tell you that your class was one of my favorites. I continue to write, mostly journals and little short stories for myself, but your class also helped me find a voice that was my own. That voice helped me through some difficult times in my life to this point. I want to thank you for believing in your students and giving us an outlet for our emotions. The Pawprint was one of my proudest accomplishments as a teenager. I wish I still had copies of the years I was there, but unfortunatley in my move to Mass they were lost. Anyway, I hope you are doing well and again thank you!
