Comment by Kevin Brown on August 17, 2009 at 12:09am - My wife and I are both very interested in Yoga. We just need a gentle nudge to get us going!! Any suggestions for the Indian Trail area? I've heard of a group that meets at Freedom park. Anyone have experience with this?

He learnt and practiced yoga from one of directors of a reputed yoga institutes. He will be happy to talk to anyone about his experience and even demo it.

I've always wanted to start yoga without ridicule - the couple of classes I have been to had memebers with a lot of experience. And here I was stiff as an iron rod - with no flexibility.
So, if there is an interest locally I'd be interested....
