Comment by Sandy Wilkinson on April 28, 2008 at 10:49am: Put June 7th on your calendar. The b.brown gallery on Matthews Station Street is having a new show and party from 6 to 8 pm. Our 16 regional artists have 'landscapes' as the predominate theme (even my Glass Menagerie bottles (see above) consitute a landscape! Come and enjoy!

This is absolutely necessary! Thank you for creating the group. I am a sculptor and a musician... and have served on the Matthews Chamber ArtFest committee for longer than I care to divulge. Patty Turner and I have run the Youth Art program within ArtFest for years and are always surprised by the quality of all the young and older (yuck) artists in our community.

Please feel free to contact me with any ideas you may have regarding promoting Matthews Artists!
