What's your favorite place to eat in Matthews?

Since moving our office above Kristophers earlier this month, I have rediscovered how much I used to enjoy going there when I first moved to Matthews in 2002. What is your favorite restaurant and why?

I love Kristophers' diverse menu!
It doesn't matter what you're in the mood for - you'll find something to satisfy your tummy.
I haven't had one thing I didn't like yet.
You can't beat the convenience either!

I love Kristopher's too - love the Southwestern Egg Rolls and their Chicken Salad is the BOMB too! The Burgers ROCK as well!
I need to diversify and try a few more menu selections, but I don't get to go out to lunch as often as I would like to! I also LOVE OUTLAW Barbecue! Their Pork BBQ, BBQed Chicken- (ummmmmm!) and their RIBS are OUTRAGEOUSLY good! I phone in a "To Go" order to take home for dinner once in a while and my husband loves it all too! Well, I could keep on about great food - (one of my passions) - can't forget to mention BONEFISH - oh my - LOVE their CRABCAKES and their COCONUT SHRIMP appetizers - as well as several menu items - tooo numerous to mention - but I have to stop somewhere - so I will. BUT not before I mention that I also love SANTE too! I have enjoyed several brunch menu items as well as lunch specials and they have always been spectacular. I also quite relish their hummus with pita! So delicious! OK - I have to go now! :-)

My husband and I love Kristophers too! Best burgers and onion rings! Also like the chicken pita.

We also enjoyed Sante' when we went there.

nothing will ever replace Dearstyne's though ; (
my husband loved their duck and risotto.

Been there with a group of friends recently. Although the food was unique, the service is poor. Our friend was served her dinner 25 minutes after our dinners came out. Sorry, thumbs down.

My husband and I absolutely love Dorian's Deli. They are open for lunch and I almost always get their chicken salad on pita with a side salad with blue cheese dressing. They make their blue cheese dressing - and it's to die for. Also, if you like sweet southern tea they really know how to do it right.
