We want more!!! Just in from opening night of the Matthews Summer Concert & Movie Series at the newly remodeled Stumptown Park (absolutely beautiful). Tonight's band was the GT All-Stars from Atlanta, GA, and they were fantastic! This was one band (and one crowd) that didn't let a little rain get them down. We have been awaiting the arrival of chickens since March. Weekly trips to Renfrow Hardware kept us informed as to the progress of the new chicks and when we could expect the "sexed" chicks to be in (versus straight run which might include roosters). The big day was this past Saturday. We loaded up and headed over. No luck. They had not come in as expected.
